Made from Raboso, the local red grape of the ‘Prosecco’ region North of Venice.
Anna Spinato Raboso Semi Sparkling Red
Region : Italy > Veneto
Tasting Note : A short lived purple foam when poured. Ruby colour indicating freshness. Lively scents of raspberries and strawberries. Currant and soft fruit persist on the palate with a barely perceptible end of leather and tobacco.
Blend : 100% Raboso.
Wine Making : Cold maceration of the grapes for 4 days. Fermentation of about 12 days at controlled temperature with a peak of 28°C in stainless steel tank.
Ageing : Tank fermentation for about 25 days with selected yeasts.
ABV : 11%
