Tasting Note : Rich and aromatic. Aromas of red fruit jam and exotic spice jump from the glass and the palate has delicious cherry and chocolate flavours that become more intense as the wine opens up.
Blend : Chambourcin blended with selected parcels of Shiraz and Graciano.
Wine Making : Traditional method. No barrel ageing. Basket pressed.
Ageing : Must fermenting on its skins up to 14 days.
ABV : 12.9%
Drink With : Braised ribs, rare beef with rich red wine demiglace, wild mushroom saute.
