Tasting Note : A delicate and crunchy cool climate Pinot Noir showing wild strawberry, cherry with subtle spice. Light but full flavoured with juicy bramble red berries and silky tannin’s.
Blend : 100% Pinot Noir.
Wine Making : Sharpham’s long Devon sun hours (yet coolish climate) provide the vines with a long growing season enabling a gentle ripening of the grapes, preserving their fresh aromas and flavours.
Ageing : Eight months ageing in old French oak barrels.
ABV : 11.5%
