Prices
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of  VAT

Minimum Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to order from Grays & Feather Ltd. It is illegal to order wine if you are under the age of 18.

Minimum Order and Discounts
There is currently a 3 bottle minimum order on 'The Bubble' and 6 bottle minimum order on all other wines.

Delivery
When you complete your order we will arrange for the goods to be shipped to you. Drivers will make 2 delivery attempts before leaving a card for collection at a local depot. 

Delivery charges are per parcel (our parcels will hold up to 12 bottles), and are as follows:

Delivery within mainland UK (excluding areas below) – £8.99 per parcel up to 16 kg (12 bottles).

Saturday deliveries and delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Offshore Islands – £14.00 per parcel of 12 bottles

Please note that an adult of 18 or over must be present to receive the goods, otherwise delivery may be refused. You may be asked to present ID (passport, drivers license, ID with PASS logo), if you do not look at least 21 years of age.

Please note :- All deliveries should occur within 7 days. If you delivery does not arrive within this time please alert us immediately to enable us to track and rectify the problem. We regret we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in circumstances where we are not made aware of problems within 7 days.  

 

Payment
We use Paypal to process all non-cash payments. Paypal is a highly trusted and secure payment service. We will not hold or share your financial information.

Privacy and Security Statement
We are committed to protect your privacy, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, we will only use the information that we collect about you in a lawful manner.

In order to process orders we will need to collect some of your personal information. This will include: name, address, phone number, and email address. We will ask for your consent before we add your information to our customer database and will give you the opportunity to refuse any marketing emails from us. In addition we will not provide your details to any other Trader without your prior consent.

If at any point you wish to review any of your information that we hold, please email us and we will happily amend any inaccuracies.

Mistakes and Disputes
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be corrected as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

Complaints
If you have any complaints please contact us by email, and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we are able.
